“My team can’t function without me!” I’ve heard that before. And, I don’t believe it. If you want your team to be more motivated and more productive, without your constant handholding, you’ll have to give it more freedom and more responsibility. While this may sound counter-intuitive, if you follow my tips for success, you’ll have not only a high-performing team but also more time to do the things you want to do.
