A UNIQUE COACHING MODEL

Working with professionals in New York’s leading companies for nearly two decades, I discovered a direct correlation between certain executive behaviors and success – thriving at your job, being promoted, and making smooth and seamless transitions. I studied and identified these critical behaviors and developed a model called the Leadership Presence Coaching Model, which has become a critical tool in helping my clients.

Leadership Presence is your ability to (1) ENGAGE, (2) CONNECT, and (3) INFLUENCE in the workplace.   Each of these three core behaviors, in turn, consists of three essential skills.  Simply put, I’ve identified the nine skills that fundamentally impact your professional productivity and personal success.

The good news is that Leadership Presence is not something you’re born with. It’s something you develop. As an Executive Coach, I work with high-potential executives to maximize their Leadership Presence. The results of my Leadership Presence model are consistently perceptible, tangible, and now – with my Leadership Presence Quotient (LPQ) Assessment – even measurable. Executives who work with me become respected for their ideas, recognized for their influence, and rewarded for their accomplishments.
